Our commitment to quality products, dependable service, and a fair, transparent process makes Frosty Hemp Co. an easy choice for your potential return, refund, or exchange. These terms and conditions of return, exchange, refund, etc, apply to the purchases made by you from our website and authorized selling channels.

When you purchase from Frosty Hemp Co., you acknowledge that the Return and Refund policy is part of our Terms of Service. We suggest you read it thoroughly to see your rights and obligations, and how you could go about fixing any issues with your order. 

1. General Policy Overview


Unless stated otherwise in this policy, all sales are final at Frosty Hemp Co. We strive to ensure every item is quality tested and meets your requirements. However, we do understand the possibility of returns, refunds, or exchanges.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Suppose more than 30 calendar days have gone by since you made your purchase. In that case, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or an exchange under any circumstances unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. No request will be taken if it's made after that.

2. Eligibility for Returns


To return, all of the following conditions must be met.

The item should be unused and unopened with all original packaging and tags attached.

The product must be damage-free, except for any damage incurred during shipping or fulfillment.

There should be proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice).

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria or that falls under our list of non-returnable items outlined in Section 4.

3. Condition of Returned Items


Returned products should come back to our facility in the condition in which they were received. This refers to an item's packaging, safety seal, and any accompanying items.

We will not accept anything that has been opened, used, tampered with, or changed in any way. Hemp-derived products are consumable goods. For these types of goods, product safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance prevent us from reselling any returned items.

4. Non-Returnable Items


Certain products and circumstances are exempt from return. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened or tampered with bottles of any consumable product
  • Products that have been used in any capacity
  • Gift cards and other prepaid credit products

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders


We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (wrong flavour or product, e.g.), you must inform us as soon as you receive it.

To report such issues.

Take dated photos that clearly show the damage, defect, or error. Please include any packaging and shipping labels. 

Email the photos along with a brief description of the problem to hello@frostyhempco.com.

Please email us your order number in the subject line for immediacy!

Your claim will be forwarded to our customer support team for replacement, refund, or any other suitable resolution. Claims made more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for remedy.

6. Return Process


If we approve your return request, we will notify you of how you can send the item back to us. Please note.

Unless you received the wrong item or a faulty product, you'll be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, we will take off the return shipping charge (if we prepaid it) from your refund.

For items worth over $100, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance. Without proof of delivery, we cannot ensure that we will receive your returned package.

7. Refunds


We will email you once we get your returned item and after we check it for any damages or defects to approve a refund. Your product will be refunded provided it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method in due course. Your bank may take longer to post the refund to your account. Please keep this in mind.

Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only, not the original shipping charges, unless the return is because of our error.

8. Late or Missing Refunds


If you didn't get your refund during this period.

Look at your bank account or credit card statement again.

Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary.

Contact your bank to confirm whether the refund is pending.

9. Exchanges


Items will only be replaced if found defective or damaged on arrival. You can only change the product with the same color and size, subject to availability. If no exact substitute is available, a substitute of equal value may be chosen, or this particular policy may request a refund. 

To initiate an exchange, email hello@frostyhempco.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs.

10. Gift Returns


You may return a gift and receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned gift item if the gift was marked as such when purchased and mailed directly to you by this policy. A gift certificate will be sent to you once we get and approve your returned item.

If the gift wasn't shipped straight to you (e.g., it was shipped to the gift purchaser), then we will refund the original buyer.

11. Shipping Address for Returns


Please contact us before returning any products for return instructions. Once your return is approved, you will receive the proper return address and the necessary authorization codes. 

12. Policy Changes


We may change or update our Return & Refund Policy at any time without notice. As soon as we post any changes, they become effective. If you buy anything from Frosty Hemp Co. again after any changes, you accept the changes.
